1. Registration and Payments

• All registrations must be completed with full payment to secure your spot.

• Fees are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include applicable taxes.

• A confirmation email will be issued after successful registration.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

• Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 7 days before the course start date.

• Cancellations within 7 days of the course start date are non-refundable.

• Processing refunds may take up to 10 business days.

3. Participant Guidelines

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, participants must:

• Wear appropriate safety gear during all sessions.

• Follow instructions from the course leaders.

• Respect fellow participants and the urban environment.

4. Materials and Intellectual Property

• All course content and materials are for personal use only.

• Unauthorized distribution or reproduction is prohibited.

• Photographs or videos taken during sessions require consent for sharing.

5. Liability Waiver

Urban Cycling Safety is not responsible for:

• Accidents or injuries due to participant negligence.

• Loss or theft of personal items during sessions.

• Unforeseen disruptions caused by weather or external factors.

6. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms as needed. Any changes will be communicated through our website or via email.
